VERTO is a not-for-profit organisation and charity that has been delivering a range of employment, training and community support services for over 35 years.
Western College is located in Cobbora Road and has a range of meeting, training, conference rooms and private offices available for hire. The building has plenty of parking, and is easily accessible using public transport.
VERTO offers venue hire discounts to other not-for-profit organisations, refer to ‘member’ rates below.
We are also able to offer a selection of additional items for your venue, should you require them.
Prices are per item per day and GST inclusive:
· Data projector - $50
· Mobile whiteboard - $20
· Paper flip chart - $40
· Computer use in venues designated as computer labs - $600
These items need to be arranged and invoiced separately to your Everywhere Venues booking, please contact info@verto.org.au or call 1300 4 VERTO and the VERTO Customer Service Team will assist you.
Medium computer room with 10 desktop computers with Internet access. Ability for 4 additional people to bring their own laptop. Includes a data projector and white board.
Enter via the main entrance in the carpark off Cobbora Road, opposite Fast Lane.
Please come to our reception area and a team member will take you to the room.

To be eligible for the member discount, please go to 'My profile', select the organisation you belong to and enter your member ID. The venue manager will then approve your membership if valid. The discount will be applied to bookings of relevant venues.
All bookings of this venue require a $20 million AUD public liability policy
The visitor may provide their own catering
No alcohol is allowed in the venue
If the Venue Manager cancels the booking, the Total Fees (including Venue Fees and Service Fees) will be refunded in full to the Visitor. If the Visitor cancels the booking more than 14 days prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees will be refunded in full. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels the booking between 48 hours and 14 days prior the check-in time and date, 50% of the Venue Fees will be refunded. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels less than 48 hours prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees and Service Fees are non-refundable.
All first time hirers must complete a brief onsite induction with one of our staff prior to their booking.
