The street address that is registered on Google Maps,.
5  Agreement

6  Approved activities
Any activity that is allowed to take place at the Venue according to all applicabale laws and the preferences of the Venue Manager.
7  Attendees
Any person granted access to the Venue by the Visitor.
8  Blockout dates
Dates when the Venue is not available for bookings.
9  Booking
A transaction made on the Everywhere Venues platform where the Venue Manager grants a Visitor access to a Venue for a specific amount of time and for a specific purpose.
10  Booking agreement
The mutally agreed contract between the Visitor and Venue Manager regarding a specific booking made on the Everywhere Venues platform.
11  Booking Changes
Any changes to a booking made by Venue Managers via the Everywhere Venues Platform or instruct Everywhere Venues customer service to make
12  Booking period
The period or periods specified on the Booking Application Form.
13  Booking purpose
The purpose specified by Visitor regarding access and use of the Venue during the booking period.
14  Booking request
A request made on the Everywhere Venues platform where the Visitor requests access to a Venue for a specific amount of time and for a specific purpose.
15  Booking type
Choose to accept instant bookings and payments or just booking requests.
16  Buidling/area
The building or area in which a Venue in located. This feature is helpful when multiple venues are within the same building or area and therefore share a range of basic information such as parking and building access that would have to be duplicated if entered into each venue profile. For example, a library may contain a number of study and meeting rooms and a sports complex may contain a number of courts.
17  Building name
The name of the building that is registered on Google Maps, visible on building signage and listed any site of floor plans.

19  Cancellation policy
The policy selected by the Venue Manager to apply to cancellation requirements for each Venue.
20  Capacity
The number of people who can use the Venue in specific layouts - such as 100 people for cocktail function or 50 people for dinner.
21  Check in
When a Visitor arrives at a Venue at the start of the booking period they should click on 'check in' to record the time they started their booking and their GPS location. After checking in, the Visitor may confirm if their are any Venue Issues.
22  Check out/Venue Hire Booking Conclusion Time
When a Visitor leaves a Venue at the end of the booking period they should click on 'check out' to record the time they ended their booking and their GPS location. Visitors must provide some simple feedback on their experience and provide photo evidence that they venue is left in the condition it was provided.
23  Contact number
The phone number of the Venue Manager that Visitors may contact you on.
24  Content
Any text, photos, audio, video or other materials and information on or through the Everywhere Venues Platform
25  Daily rate
The rate the Visitor must pay to access the Venue for one day.
26  Damage Claim
When a Venue Manager claims and provides evidence that a Visitor has damaged a Venue or property at a Venue
27  Description
The description of the Venue to be displayed in the Venue directory. You should include as much relevant information here as you can about how people can enjoy and benefit from using your venue.
28  Equipment/facilities
Include photos of the equipment and facilities that Visitors can use at your Venue.
29  Event
The event held or activity conducted by the Visitor for the Booking Purpose at the Venue during the Booking Period.
30  Everywhere Venues Content
Any content that Everywhere Venues itself makes available on or through the Everywhere Venues Platform, including proprietary Everywhere Venues content and any content licensed or authorized for use by or through Everywhere Venues from a third party
31  Everywhere Venues Platform
Everywhere Venues website (including any subdomains) and any other websites through which Everywhere Venues makes the Everywhere Venues Services available, our mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces and all related services.
32  Extenuating circumstances
Serious and unexpted circumstances outside the control of the Visitor or Venue Manager that might prevent them from honouring a booking agreement. See the Extenuating Circunstances Policy.

Comments and suggestions for improvements to the Everywhere Venues Platform
34  Floor plans
Include images of the floor plan for the Venue.
35  Hourly rate
The rate the Visitor must pay to access the Venue for one hour.

Photos of the location go here. This can be helpful if your venue belongs in a location that has its own features that would be attactive to Visitors, such as a pavilion in a park or garden or near an important site.

The longitude will be automatically be populated based on the address when you save you Venue Profile. You can manually overide it to refine the exact location of the Venue.

Create, upload, post, send, receive and store content, such as text, photos, audio, video, or other materials and information on or through the Everywhere Venues Platform
43  Nearest parking
Include photos of the nearest car park or car space. Include photos of diabled parking spaces, if possible.
44  Nearest toilets
Include photos of the nearest car park or car space. Include photos of diabled toilets, if possible.
45  On-Costs
These costs are in addition to the booking fee and are payable by the Visitor at the time of booking as an additional fee. They may relate to cleaning, security, lighting, staff, line marking, hire equipment and the setting up and dismantling of equipment.

If the Venue is available for bookings.
47  Overstay
If you stay past the agreed upon checkout time without the Venue Manager's consent
48  Payment Method
A financial instrument that you have added to your Everywhere Venues Account, such as a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
49  Payment Services
Everywhere Venues provides payment services to Members, including payment collection services, payments and payouts, in connection with and through the Everywhere Venues Platform
50  Payout
A payment initiated by Everywhere Venues Payments to a Member for services (such as Listing Fees and Co-Venue Manager Services Fees) performed in connection with the Everywhere Venues Platform.
51  Payout Method
A financial instrument that you have added to your Everywhere Venues Account, such as a PayPal account, direct deposit, a prepaid card, or a debit card (where available).
52  Profile information
The first selection of information to be provided by the Venue Manager when setting up a Venue profile.
53  Prohibited activities
Activites that must not be undertaken at the Venue accroding to applicable laws and the preferences of and conditions set by the Venue Manager.
54  Providing Member
Each Member collecting payment for services provided via the Everywhere Venues Platform (such as Venue Manager Services or transactions facilitated through the Customer Contact Centre)
55  Published Venues
Venues that are visible in the public Everywhere Venues directory.
56  Purchasing Members
Members purchasing services provided via the Everywhere Venues Platform
57  Rate settings
This is where you set the hourly and daily rates for different days of the week. This is helpful if you have weekday/weekend rates.
58  Rating
An overall star rating given by a Member regarding the service of the Venue Manager, the Venue and the experience provided by the Venue Manager or likewise an overall star rating given by a Venue Manager regarding the Visitors conduct, and the condtion in which they have left the Venue.
59  Review
A description given by a Member regarding the service of the Venue Manager, the Venue and the experience provided by the Venue Manager or likewise a description given by a Venue Manager regarding the Visitors conduct, and the condtion in which they have left the Venue.
60  Room number
The number of the room that is visible on building signage and listed any site of floor plans.
61  Rules
Rules speficied by the Venue Manager in addition to the Conditions of Hire.
62  Security Deposit
The amount requested by the Venue Manager to be pre-authorised on the Visitor’s credit card or approved payment method to pay for any damage to the venue, fittings or equipment caused by the Visitor or the people granted access to the Venue by the Visitor.
63  Select a Venue Group
Select the group of Venues this belongs to if being managed by group of people.
64  Service Fee
The Everywhere Venues Platform Service Fee is charged to Visitors when making a paid booking via our platform. It is AUD2 plus 11% of the Venue Fee.
65  Shift
If the Venue is available for set times during the day.
66  Size
The floor area of the Venue.
67  SNS Account
Account with certain third-party social networking services, such as Facebook or Google
68  Sub Venue
A small part of a venue that can be booked separately that shares similar features and details as all other sub venues of that venue, such as lane hire for pools and ten pin bowling or desks in coworking centres.
69  Tax Authority
Any appropriate government agency, department and/or authority that may require taxes to be collected from Visitors or Venue Managers on Venue Listing Fees, and to be remitted to them.
70  Taxes
Any required sales taxes, occupancy tax, tourist or other visitor taxes or income taxes
71  Total Fees
All applicable fees, including the Venue Fee, Service Fee and applicable taxes
72  Venue
The part of the area bookied and any fixtures, fittings, equipment and services specified on the Booking Application Form.
73  Venue
Photos of the Venue go here. Try to include images from each direction and of each major part of your venue.

A person invited by the Venue Manager to share Venue Manager roles for a Venue or group of venues.
80  Venue Group Members
Other Members that the Venue Managers have authorized to administer the Venue Manager’s Listing(s), and to bind the Venue Manager and take certain actions in relation to the Listing(s) as permitted by the Venue Manager, such as accepting booking requests, messaging and welcoming Visitors, and updating the Listing Fee and calendar availability.
81  Venue Issue
A serious issue that prevents the Visitor from achieving the purpose of the booking of the venue which might make the Visitor eligible for a Visitor Refund.
82  Venue Listing
Information about Venue created and/or uploaded to Everywhere Venues platform by a Venue Manager
83  Venue Listing Subscription
A monthly Listing Subscription is charged to Venue Managers that have more than one Venue that is either free to book or not available to book via the Everywhere Venues Platform.
84  Venue Manager
The person who has set up the Venue profile and has the authority to accept bookings and payment details regarding the Venue.
85  Venue Manager Services
Certain actions in relation to the Listing(s) such as accepting booking requests, messaging and welcoming Visitors, and updating the Listing Fee and calendar availability
86  Venue profile
The information provided by the Venue Manager about a Venue on the Everywhere Venues platform.
87  Venue Services
The provison of the Venue and other services that are provided by the Venue Manager
88  Venue title
The name of the venue in Everywhere Venues.
89  Venue type
Help Visitors to search for your venue by listing of the types it could be used as.
90  Visitor
The person or entity referred to on the Booking Application Form and includes a member or members or any Attendee invited by the Member who made the booking
91  Visitor refund policy
The policy that governs how Everywhere Venues manages Visitor Refunds after experiencing a Venue Issue.
92  Latitude
The latitude will be automatically be populated based on the address when you save you Venue Profile. You can manually overide it to refine the exact location of the Venue.
93  You
Refers to you as an individual and any entity or organisation that you warrant to represent either in the capacity as a Visitor or Venue Manager.
