Free and community venues
Some community, education and religious organisations allow people to use their venues for free.
Everywhere Venues makes it easy to manage bookings of these spaces so that visitors can easily check availability and book
venues directly.
When bookings are made through Everywhere Venues, we collect helpful data and provide regular reports to show you how your
assets are being used and the value they are contributing. It also helps ensure they are being used fairly and appropriately.
You can list one free venue in our platform without being charged any fees from us if your venues accepts bookings on an
instant or request basis. Visitors won’t be charged any fees either when they make an Instant Booking or Booking Request
for your free venue. So, it’s completely free for you and them to book your first free venue via Everywhere Venues.
We charge a small monthly subscription fee for the second and all additional venues that you make free to book via your
Everywhere Venues account. Please read our

for more information on the Listing Fee options.
The Listing Fee also applies to venues that are listed on Everywhere Venues without the ability to accept bookings via
our platform.
