Intellectual property policy

  • 1  Policy Overview
    • 1.1   Everywhere Venues has policies and procedures in place to guide and require our members to respect the intellectual property (IP) rights of others.
    • 1.2   Everywhere Venues may in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or close the account or deny access of members who infringe or are charged with infringing the copyrights or IP rights of others.
    • 1.3   Everywhere Venues will respond to claims of IP infringement made using the Everywhere Venues website and mobile applications (the Platform) that are reported to Everywhere Venues according to this policy.
    • 1.4   Please report alleged IP infringements taking place on or through the Platform by completing and sending the Notice of Alleged Infringemen to Everywhere Venues.
    • 1.5   When Everywhere Venues receives the Notice, they will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of material from the Platform.
  • 2  Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
    • 2.1  Identify the specific protected work/s that you claim has been infringed.
    • 2.2  Provide the URL of the page on our Platform and screenshot where the work/s may be found.
    • 2.3  Provide your full legal name, your electronic or physical signature, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
    • 2.4  Include both of the following statements in your Notice:
    • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the identified material is not authorised by the IP owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).” "I hereby state this information in this Notice is factual and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or I am authorised to act on behalf of the owner, and the IP rights that are allegedly infringed."

    • 2.6  Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Everywhere Venues.
