Mayfield is a world-class garden with 16 hectares to explore. In the midst of our Woodfire Garden stands our stunning Nursery Gallery, built with reclaimed wood and complete with a bar, sound system, media equipment, and air conditioning. Long tables decorated with hessian table runners and sprigs of seasonal herbs and elegant glass and dinnerware create a sophisticated subtleness to shape your celebration. Alternatively, for corporate events, we can create theatre-style, U-shape, and classroom-style arrangements with pens and notepads.
And the Woodfire Garden is also available for your exclusive use during your event. Furnished with designer outdoor furniture, the spacious sun-drenched Woodfire Garden features the massive, sit-in, stone fireplace which serves as a stunning feature after dark. Both areas and furnishing as well as access to the Mayfield Nursery to decorate are included with your venue hire and can cater for 20 to 95 guests.
Taste the experience with a menu that matches the stunning location. Mayfield Café offers packages and a seasonal farm to table menu with produce grown on-site in our kitchen garden and on the surrounding farm.
Tour across 16-hectares of the garden paths on a segue or bring a group to forage and feast, where one of our awesome horticulturalists will guide you as you harvest your veggies and herbs from our kitchen garden and then the chef will cook you a meal using your own foraged ingredients. Mayfield is less than 3 hours from Sydney, 40 minutes from Bathurst, and 10 minutes from Oberon. Watch for the large billboards at every major turn as you approach.

To be eligible for the member discount, please go to 'My profile', select the organisation you belong to and enter your member ID. The venue manager will then approve your membership if valid. The discount will be applied to bookings of relevant venues.
No insurance is required to book this venue.
The venue is fully catered, no food may be brought into the venue
The venue is fully licensed, no alcohol may be brought into the venue
If the Venue Manager cancels the booking, the Total Fees (including Venue Fees and Service Fees) will be refunded in full to the Visitor. If the Visitor cancels the booking more than 28 days prior to the check-in time and date, 50% of the Venue Fees will be refunded. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels the booking between 14 and 28 days prior the check-in time and date, 20% of the Venue Fees will be refunded. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels the booking between less than 14 days prior the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees and Service Fees are non-refundable. If the Visitor arrives and decides to leave early, the Venue Fees and Service Fees are non-refundable.
If bringing in outside service providers they must provide a copy of their public liability insurance 28 days prior to the event. All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged prior to installation at Mayfield.
Please note additional cancellation fees apply. Cancellation policies are provided at the time of booking, as different policies apply to different event types.
