Here at Gunther’s Lane, we know times are’a changin’. In fact, as technology enables rapid and mass sharing of information, as well as easier and more reliable live audio and visual connectivity all around the world it’s no surprise that the way in which we operate is also changing. This is exciting.
This is the entire reason we have the latest in technology for meetings. Whether you are a student, business person or just like free wi-fi, we have the space for you. Our meeting spaces are designed to keep sound in, and limit background noise.
We have smart TV’s for you to throw your presentations on...wirelessly...and yes, you heard correctly. You don’t need a physical wire to put that PowerPoint on the big screen.
Plus we have great coffee, which is always a winner. Did we mention that already?
How to get to venue
Enter via the main doors on Russell Street, ground floor of the Reliance Building, across the road from Aldi.
Ramp access via Russell Street and level access via Gunthers Lane at the back of the building across from Stocklands.

To be eligible for the member discount, please go to 'My profile', select the organisation you belong to and enter your member ID. The venue manager will then approve your membership if valid. The discount will be applied to bookings of relevant venues.

No insurance is required to book this venue.
The visitor may provide their own catering
No alcohol is allowed in the venue
If the Venue Manager cancels the booking, the Total Fees (including Venue Fees and Service Fees) will be refunded in full to the Visitor. If the Visitor cancels the booking more than 14 days prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees will be refunded in full. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels the booking between 48 hours and 14 days prior the check-in time and date, 50% of the Venue Fees will be refunded. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels less than 48 hours prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees and Service Fees are non-refundable.
