The Exchange is a social impact organisation supporting a diverse and at times, geographically isolated, community of founders. 

We provide coworking desks, private offices, meeting rooms and conference space, as well as a vast community network. We aim to build confidence, capacity, and capability to increase the chance of commercial success of startups, those scaling businesses, and even those still sitting on the fence. People frequently arrive at the events to find the team unpacking more chairs due to unprecedented demand, and the words “I’ve been following you on Instagram” or “I have the biggest crush on your team.”

In the past 3 years, our startup has evolved and grown to thrive in our region and beyond, operating across three core pillars of impact and expanding to new sites. The opportunity to connect, learn and grow is far-reaching. We have an online following of over 3000, a community of over 400 members, over 150 events marked off the calendar, our one of a kind Clock Tower in the Main Street of Dubbo, and brand new locations expanding our impact on the way!

Situated above the co-working and private office areas, The Library room offers a stunning yet functional space, catering to a range of event needs.

With exclusive access to private bathrooms, kitchen facilities, break-out spaces, and a balcony overlooking the main street, The Library is the ideal space for your organisation or team to make their own.

Price - exluding GST
10 - 19 People: $600 per day or $100 per hour
20 - 29 People: $800 per day or $150 per hour
30+ People: $1,000 per day or $200 per hour

If you book online with Everywhere Venues for 10-19 people and intend to bring more than 19 people to your event, please see our friendly team who will invoice you for the balance and any additional catering or services you require.

How to get to venue

Enter via the main entrance and go upstairs to the event space. Please note this venue is ideal for people who are able to walk up the stairs of this heritage building.

Our other venues are located on the ground floor and are better suited to people with access needs.

To be eligible for the member discount, please go to 'My profile', select the organisation you belong to and enter your member ID. The venue manager will then approve your membership if valid. The discount will be applied to bookings of relevant venues.

No alcohol is allowed in the venue

cancellation policy

If the Venue Manager cancels the booking, the Total Fees (including Venue Fees and Service Fees) will be refunded in full to the Visitor. If the Visitor cancels the booking more than 14 days prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees will be refunded in full. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels the booking between 48 hours and 14 days prior the check-in time and date, 50% of the Venue Fees will be refunded. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels less than 48 hours prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees and Service Fees are non-refundable.
