A contemporary designed and furnished space open as a cafe during the day 8.00am - 4.00pm seven days a week. Available for private functions in the evenings between 5.00pm to 11.00pm.
Located adjacent to the fields of Morse Park, with plenty of parking, the space is warm and inviting with lots of natural light and beautiful views of open grass and the surrounding hills of Bathurst. With a large, covered outdoor area, indoor and outdoor dining and acres of green playing fields, this venue lends itself to multiple events from children's birthday parties to summer cocktail parties to seated 3 course seated dining for formal occasions.
Our minimum catering spend is $1,400 for private events and this will be invoiced separately.

How to get to venue
There are two entrances to the carpark. Driving west along Kendall Ave (Great Western Highway) the Bathurst Showground is on the right and Morse Park fields on the left. Turn left into the car park of the Bathurst Visitors Information Centre. If traveling east enter the carpark entrance off Durham St. Alternatively park along Durham St next to Morse Park.
Harvest staff will facilitate access to the venue.

To be eligible for the member discount, please go to 'My profile', select the organisation you belong to and enter your member ID. The venue manager will then approve your membership if valid. The discount will be applied to bookings of relevant venues.
Rules
No insurance is required to book this venue.
The venue is fully catered, no food may be brought into the venue
The venue is fully licensed, no alcohol may be brought into the venue
If the Venue Manager cancels the booking, the Total Fees (including Venue Fees and Service Fees) will be refunded in full to the Visitor. If the Visitor cancels the booking more than 14 days prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees will be refunded in full. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels the booking between 48 hours and 14 days prior the check-in time and date, 50% of the Venue Fees will be refunded. The Service Fees will not be refunded. If the Visitor cancels less than 48 hours prior to the check-in time and date, the Venue Fees and Service Fees are non-refundable.
